Taylor needs more input to fix things. If it was her plan or actions that set things right that needs to be a bit more clear. Remember it is never Taylor's Raw power that is her advantage it is how she leverages it with a creative mind in key moments.

If nothing changes then that means that they are winning and she is doing her job correctly. Her job is to keep the timeline stable and relatively the same as it was before the changes, so that means she is so far doing a great job.
Ok but what does that have to do with anything? This is a story and thats not good writing.

The story is Taylor working to figure out and fix whatever is causing the time anomalies. Her kill stealing does nothing to advance that story

That's not a good counterpoint bruh, like I agree with you that mor needs to happen but that doesn't necessarily means it has to be during the action. I'm thinking more in terms of relationships, so far the dynamic with time kai and Skitter hasn't been very developed, it seems like Kai is using Taylor and Taylor is just letting herself get used for a chance to go back home and fix things.

So a Time Patroller's job, it's like the Spider-Society in the Across the Spider-Verse, but with a God of Time to actully back up the fact that certain "canon events" need to be maintained, since there are bad guys that feed off of those timeline anomalies and the whole multiverse collapsing if too many go off "track".
Chrona can on occasion bends the rules as was the Case with Future Trunks's time traveling, but she usually doesn't like doing that, so certain things still need to happen, Future Gohan's death as an example, Future Trunks wants to save him but he's not allowed to, the Player in XV2 does have to stop him during a cutscene from going after Gohan and helping him.
Taylor in this scenario, as a Time Patroller, is basically contractually obligated to not make too big of an impact on history, and let certain story beats play out as normal, or as close to normal she can get.
Though, Chrona's current situation and separation from the rest of the Time Patrol and the multiverse merging does change things, how is currently unknown and ultimately up to the author to decide.

The places we're seeing are quite strange so I thought it would help to post some images. Taylor is wearing something like Chronoa's outfit without the Kai coat.

Honestly on that topic, I feel like if Trunks could go and see Gohan in Otherworld, he would probably be a lot happier, its not like its outside the realm of possibility for it to happen.

I like the interaction with Chronoa and how fast the action happens.
